THE LEGEND OF VOLTRON
For this assignment, each student was assigned a secret piece that he/she is asked to fabricate using contours and lasercutting. The pieces, when put together, generated a meaningful whole that the students did not know what it was until every piece eventually came together. The time-lapse video below shows the process of putting together the pieces in class.

Software Installation
This semester, we will be using the following software:
- Rhino 6 or 7 for Windows (there is a free 90-day trial: link)
- AutoCad (free for all students: link)
- Adobe Photoshop (free for Penn State students: link)
- Adobe Illustrator (free for Penn State students: link)
- Adobe InDesign (free for Penn State students: link)
- Vray for Rhino – only works in Windows (there is a free 30-day trial: link)
- Grasshopper (included with Rhino 6 and 7)
- Revit (free for all students: link)
- Slicer for Fusion3D (free: link)
Remote Access
> You can remotely access a Stuckeman computer. All computers in Stuckeman should have the above software installed. Here are the documents about how to remotely access Stuckeman computers: From MACs, From PCs
> You can remotely access a University Park Open Labs computer. All computers in UP Campus should have AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe software. You can access open labs computers from: (link) -- you need to set up a 2-factor authentification first.
> For MAC Users: There is a software for MACs, that is called Parallels Desktop.
